We understand that service and quality must go hand in hand to have happy customers. We have partnered with one of the best courier service providers, Blue Dart in the country. Once you complete payment for your order, your package will be shipped on:
- With in 2 business days for prepaid orders – if you have ordered before 5pm on a working day.
- If the order is a Cash on Delivery, package will be shipped in 3 working days and you can expect it in 3-4 business days after shipping.
- If the product has to be shipped to a remote place in India, or a place where Blue Dart doesn’t have service, the item will be shipped via Registered / Speed post of India Post. (In such cases, order cut-off time is 4pm)
When can you expect your package (prepaid orders) after shipping:
- 1-2 business days if delivery is in Metros (New Delhi, Delhi, Kolkatta, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad etc.,)
- 2-3 business days if delivery is in tier 2 cities (cities that are not metros but big cities)
- 3-5 business days for all small cities. (Most of other Indian cities(80%), towns will be covered in this time period)
- Up to 10 business days for all small towns if the shipping is done via India Post.
- To any place through India Post, you can expect your package / shipment / product to arrive in 3 to 10 working days.
For Cash on Delivery, you can expect the package in 3 – 4 business days after shipping.
What if the delivery fails and we get back the shipment:
- We understand how much you love to get your products on time. But if we get the products back, here is what we do:
- If the package is damaged and returned (during shipping) – We replace the product or do a full refund (after confirming with you) – We refund your money if you want.
- If the package is not damaged but returned due to “addressee not found or similar” – We inform the customer to confirm the address and try to ship it. If we have to refund in such case, we may charge up to Rs.200/- towards 2 way shipment of the product and provide you with a Gift Voucher for the remaining amount.
- If the package is not accepted by the addressee for any personal reasons (other than product not in good condition), we will refund your money (after deducting up to Rs.200/- as Gift Voucher)
Are there any extra or additional charges apart from what you see on the product:
- If the order value is Rs.1000 or less, a shipping charge of Rs.50/- will apply
- For all orders above Rs. 1000 value, no shipping charges are levied.
- 18% GST on products will be applicable on all items. (It is included in price shown)
Are you shipping internationally: NO
If the package is lost in transit:
- This is a worst case scenario but not impossible with any logistics partner anywhere in the world. We assure our customers that your payment is safe with us and will be refunded in full (100%) including shipping charges (if charged) as a credit to your bank or card using which you have paid us.
- If you would like to go for a different product (after knowing that your product is lost in transit), we can give you a gift voucher for the full amount that you can use on your next purchase. If not, your money will be refunded in full.
